Service Description

8 Week session starting Tuesday October 17 at 10:30am Meet other likeminded moms during our friendly fun and relaxed workout. We will be doing a light exercise with resistance floats and light cardio to prepare your body for labour.

Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your selected dates and times work for you prior to booking. We do not offer a refund for missed classes, and cannot accommodate rescheduling. If your child is sick, you are welcome to send a family member or a friend in their place. Our instructors are scheduled for your bookings, and we are unable to cancel and reschedule your booking. This policy is in line with every extracurricular activity or company.
