By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
This site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to blog posts, graphics, logos, and events) are owned by Lil Bettas Swim School and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Appropriate swimwear, goggles, and swim caps are mandatory. We have them available for purchase at the pool on the day of your lesson if you do not want to purchase them on your own. Children under the age of 2 are exempt from this policy.
Swimmers must shower prior to entering the pool.
Children under the age of 3, or anyone who is incontinent, must wear a swim diaper with a diaper cover.
All persons must remove all footwear prior to entering the pool area and leave them outside the entrance.
Please confirm your selected dates and times that work for you prior to booking. You can make changes to your bookings online provided they are more than 7 days away without issue. We do not offer a refund for missed classes, and cannot accommodate rescheduling at this time unless classes are canceled under a mandatory government announcement due to Covid 19.
If your child is sick, you are welcome to send a family member or a friend in their place. Our instructors are scheduled for your bookings, and we are unable to cancel and reschedule your booking. This policy is in line with every extracurricular activity or company.
We have a “zero tolerance” policy toward bullying and aggressiveness towards instructors, hotel staff, swim school employees, or other parents. Any abusive behaviour towards staff by either parents or students, in person or online, is grounds for immediate removal from the swim school with no refunds. Classes are held at private facilities, not public, and our policies and directions from our staff are non-negotiable.
Classes are full, so please be on time. If you are late to your class, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
We cannot guarantee specific instructors. While we make every effort to keep our instructors on a consistent schedule, we cannot guarantee their availability on specific days.
Use of the pool is restricted to registered swimmers during their lesson time. Parents, siblings, and other family or friends are strictly prohibited from using the pool, hot tub, or other facilities including but not limited to gym equipment.
Classes will not be refunded or rescheduled for inclement weather.
Classes will not be refunded or rescheduled in the event that your child refuses to get in the water for their lesson.
In the event of a pool contamination that affects your lesson time, we will reschedule your class or provide a discount for a future lesson, depending on how much of the lesson is affected.
Lil Bettas Swim School will periodically send out email promos and important information. Please stay subscribed to our website in order to receive these communications. We do not send spam emails to our families who are subscribed.
If your email address or phone number changes, it is your responsibility to notify Lil Bettas Swim School so that we can contact you as needed with any changes to your lesson time or location.
If you are paying by credit card, you are agreeing to a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card payments. If you would prefer to save the 3.5%, you can choose the offline payment option and send us an etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions:
This program is subject to change at the sole discretion of Lil Bettas Swim School.
Any abuse of this program will result in the ambassador being removed from the program immediately.
Payments will be made via e-transfer to the ambassador within the first week of the month, for the previous month. Please ensure your contact info is up to date in order to avoid any delays to receiving your payment. Ambassadors are not employees of Lil Bettas Swim School.
Payments will be made to ambassadors on purchases made by new clients only. Discount codes are not to be used by existing clients. Ambassador payments will be made based on purchases by new clients only.
KidSport Funding Terms & Conditions:
When you apply for KidSport funding, we may need to register your child before approval of your application. It is up to the parent to notify us if their application has been declined for any reason. KidSport does not notify us of declined applications. Failure to do so will result in an invoice that will need to be paid.
We will register your child anywhere from 21-60 days out from your application date. This gives KidSport time to review your application and notify you if you were approved or denied. You will be responsible for the cost of all classes attended if you have been declined.
As per our cancelation policy, once you submit your application with KidSport and are booked in for classes, you will no longer be eligible for a refund of those classes. If you need a change of date for your lessons, you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee before the dates are moved.
